Important Note:

  1. All room rates are specially arranged for BITE 2012 exhibitor’s ONLY applicable 2 days prior and 2 days after the BITE 2012 events dates subject to availability.
  2. Room Rates are inclusive of 15% service charge and goods and service tax.
  3. All reservations are subject to confirmation by the hotel. Kindly return your completed booking form to the hotel by 15 May 2012. Any booking received after this due date will be subject to room availability.
  4. A booking confirmation will be send to you upon receipt of your Booking Form. Please contact the hotel should you not received any confirmation.
  5. All room reservations must be guaranteed by one-room night advance deposit or by use of major credit cards. For credit card guarantee, the hotel required written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number, card expiry date and credit card verification number.
  6. Each individual room cancellation(s) on or after 15 May 2011, or any no-show on the specified date of arrival or early check-out on the specified date of departure will be subject to a one hundred percent (100%) charge of the entire length or period booked to individual guests’ credit cards. Shortening of stay will also be chargeable according to the original number of room nights booked to individual guests’ credit cards.
  7. Check-in time is after 1400hrs and check-out time is prior to 1200hrs. Early check-in, a full day room rate will be levied. Late check-out till 1800 hrs will be chargeable at 50% of the room rate and a full day room rate will be levied for late check-out after 1800 hrs.
